Order Cancellation

Return & Exchange Policy
1. Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product if the
item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
2. Products must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice
or proof of purchase.
3. Return or exchanges requested due to a change of mind may not be accepted.
4. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the wrong or
defective product was delivered by Eyexcel.
5. Once the returned item is received and inspected ,Eyexcel notify the customer regarding the
approval or rejection of the return or exchange request.
Refund Policy
1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the returned product has
been received and verified.
2. Refunds will be issued through the original payments method or another mutually agreed
method.
3. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on
Eyexcel`s part.
Warranty
1. Warranty coverage if applicable will be mentioned on the specific product page.
2. Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications
or normal wear and tear.
